Break off two small equally sized pieces of polymer clay.
Roll both pieces between your fingers or the palm of your hand until they are formed into balls.
Gently squeeze each of the polymer clay balls between your fingers to flatten slightly into a button shape.
Have a look in the mirror to check the button size you have made looks good.
Mark small holes in the surface of each button using the pointy end of the skewer.
Place the finished buttons onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for approximately 17 minutes at 130 degrees C (275 degrees F)
Remove the buttons from the oven when ready and allow to cool.
Apply a small amount of glue to the buttons to adhere the earring backs into position.
